I always joke that I named my dog Clooney so I could say I have a great looking guy at the house. He is a fantastic companion and starts my day with a kiss on my nose which is reciprocated with a smile and many treats.

Growing up in Maine my family had rabbits, turtles, cats, dogs and for a short time even an injured owl released back into the wild once recovered. We learned early that animals were to be cared for and that the love you gave an animal would be returned 10 times over.

I think a lot of pet owners would agree that they choose animals that have characteristics that remind them of themselves. Clooney, my Westie , reminds me of all the animals I have had , that brought joy and  love to me which  inspired me to build “DoggieStyle Not for Everyone” a tongue in cheek company, branding the behaviors of dogs and how they remind us of ourselves. The company offers t-shirts for adults, dog wearable’s including hoodies and fashionable collars, as well as gifts.

DoggieStyle is not for everyone, but if you are an animal or dog lover it’s for you!
